Listing Your Property

The fee for listing is $195. If you wish, we will take digital photos of your property when we come out to deliver and install your sign. A fee of $35 will be added if we take the photos for a total of $230. We accept payment by check or credit card.

To list your property:

1. Read what’s included in your listing and the service agreement.
2. Review our services.
3. Register by one of two ways.
   1. Download and print the Property Listing Form, fill out and mail, enclosing your photos and enclose check for (the amount depending upon the services ordered), or call us with your credit card #.
   2. The second option is to enter your information here and pay by credit card, or send a check to the address below. Your listing will appear on the site as soon as payment has been received.
4. Once your listing has been posted on our site, you can edit it yourself at any time by way of the Edit Listing Menu, or contact us and we will make the changes for you.
