What's Included in Your Listing (for $195)

  1. A listing on our website with 7 color photos (if more are needed let us know) with as much space as you need for your descriptive narrative. The fee for a 6 month listing is $195. Additional months are $95 each. The listing will run until the 6 month listing term expires, your property is sold, taken off the market, or listed with a real estate agent/broker, whichever comes first. At your request we will take digital photos for you for $35 at the time we deliver and install your yard sign. Your total will then be $230. You may also send us your snapshots/photos for scanning, or upload jpeg photos to us.
  2. We will deliver and install a handsome yard sign which will feature our web address and your phone number. Digital photos will be taken at this time, if they have been requested. (A corner directional "House for Sale" sign and/or an "Open House" sign and/or an information tube may be requested on the registration form. We provide these at our cost plus $2 each. These will be left for you when the yard sign is installed.) The yard sign will remain the property of SoCoByOwner and $100 will be charged for signs not made available for pickup after listing has expired, or for signs damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.
  3. You can change or edit any of the content, including any of the text, open house listings, or change the photos of your listing at anytime via the Edit Listing Menu. Your email address will be protected from internet web robots which gather addresses to generate spam. Property fact sheets may be printed from your detail page.
